Flow of composition planning

We develop materials that meet customer needs.

The type of rubber (synthetic/natural) is selected based on the intended use and the required performance.

The physical properties of the selected rubber type are rechecked to determine the composition of rubber appropriate for the customer's equipment.

Once the composition is decided, test kneading is carried out and the product is sent to the customer for examination.

The customer checks the product for physical properties and formability and evaluates the product.

Upon the customer’s evaluation, we mass-produce the kneaded product and deliver it to the customer.
